Lexus Gx 470 Vsc Trac Vsc Off Check Engine

The vsc trac vsc off and check engine light comes on intermittently on my 2004 gx470.

Ive seen other questions state that the gas cap is the issue on this one but when drive it seems the car cannot get up a hill or it takes time to get into gear and i cant seem to get it over 40m.
